If you need a replacement part, cot cover or chair cover, please email us a couple of pictures of your item (please not a copy of something on our site, but an actual image) along with your address to start the process. We request actual pictures, because over the years we have produced several versions of the same product that look very similar. This helps us ensure that we send you the right part.
